Peter assists both global companies and owner-managed businesses in Denmark with ongoing legal advice, always with a focus on commercial solutions.<br\/><br\/>Peter has the right of audience before the Danish Supreme Court and extensive experience with litigation and arbitration concerning liability and contractual matters, particularly focusing on M&amp;A disputes, complex contracts, and disputes regarding ownership in companies.
