For many years, LIND has worked on cases for employees and their organizations, including in connection with corporate bankruptcies or delayed or non-payment of wages.<\/p>

LIND’s responsible partner for the insolvency department has been appointed as a permanent liquidator to the Maritime and Commercial Court’s Bankruptcy Division.<\/p>

Both Anders Bendtsen and Rasmus Riisbro are also members of the Danish Debt Collection Agency’s panel of lawyers in bankruptcy cases and are regularly used by the Danish Debt Collection Agency.<\/p>

This experience has given us a strong foundation in insolvency, bankruptcy, and reconstruction. Today, we advise a wide range of clients, including companies in crisis, employees of insolvent companies, banks, and suppliers.<\/p>
