Early Warning
As a special service to our trade union clients, we offer to warn of signs of payment difficulties at an employer. These are signs that we typically detect in connection with wage collection cases.
The purpose is to draw attention to employers where there may be reason to investigate whether other union members have outstanding claims for wages, vacation pay, pension, or similar.
Under this arrangement, we regularly send an updated overview of cases involving wage recovery, etc., where we have reason to believe that the employer is experiencing payment difficulties.
The overview includes the following info:
• Employer’s name
• Address
• CVR no.
• Dates of demands for payment, bankruptcy petitions, proceedings in the bankruptcy court, and any bankruptcy decrees.
All trade unions that we assist with wage recovery can sign up for the arrangement – participation is free of charge.

If you are an employer and are added to the list, you will be notified. If you pay the wage claim, you will be removed from the list. You will also be removed if you disagree with the claim and contact us with a substantiated explanation of why you believe there is no claim.
