Professional Profile
Ida Grunnet works with both individual employment law and collective labour law, advising trade unions, private employees, and employers both nationally and internationally. She provides ongoing strategic and practical advice throughout all stages of the employment relationship, from hiring to termination, including matters related to resignations and the negotiation or interpretation of collective agreements.
In addition, Ida assists with drafting and reviewing employment contracts and other employment-related documents, managing litigation and labour arbitrations, and representing clients in negotiations.
