Louise Vinholt Højer works with tort law and litigation, regularly handling cases before the Danish city and high courts. She has particular experience with compensation for workplace injuries, traffic accidents, medical malpractice, and victim compensation.
With many years of experience in tort law and litigation, Louise has gained extensive insight into complex compensation and insurance law matters and advises clients from the initial assessment through to case resolution.
She is also professionally responsible for LIND’s administrative occupational injury cases, handled under the Workers’ Compensation Act.
