Professional Profile
Thea Præstmark primarily works with labour law, tort law, occupational health and safety, and litigation.
With over 25 years of litigation experience, Thea has handled many cases. She has represented clients before the Supreme Court, other civil courts, the Labour Court, as well as in both professional and private arbitration tribunals.
Thea also has extensive experience advising professional organizations on all areas of labour and employment law, including workplace injury matters.
In addition, Thea advises companies on occupational health and safety.
Thea is an adjunct lecturer in labour law at the University of Copenhagen.
