Professional Profile
Patrick Flink Lerager works with tort law and litigation and regularly handles cases before the Danish courts. He has extensive experience in conducting lawsuits and managing complex tort and insurance disputes.
Patrick has particular expertise in personal injury claims, including cases involving occupational injuries, traffic accidents, medical malpractice, and victim compensation. He has in-depth experience in assessing liability, calculating compensation claims, and the interplay between the Danish Tort Liability Act and the Work Injury Insurance Act.
Patrick assists throughout the entire case process, from the initial legal assessment and communication with insurance companies and opposing parties to potential litigation and final resolution.
